PASTRY SOUS CHEF – FINE DINING – £35,000 – LONDON
This prestigious, highly acclaimed restaurant is seeking a very talented Pastry Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. This restaurant has gained a reputation for serving some of the finest British/European cuisine and there is a strong focus on using only the freshest, seasonal produce available. You must have proven experience within the Pastry section within fine dining establishment as a Pastry Chef de Partie, looking for that next step up in your career.
As the Pastry Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Executive Chef to create new dessert menus and implement them. You would be responsible for training and ensuring the smooth running of this section.
A salary package of up to £35,000 per annum is available for the right Pastry Sous Chef.
