Executive Chef – £75,000 – Chic New Opening

We are proud to be working with this prestigious company and support their exclusive new opening and are therefore seeking a talented professional Executive Head Chef.

Only the freshest, carefully sourced, seasonal produce will be used to create an exciting menu concept of French / British cuisine. You must have fine dining experience within establishments of at least a 3 AA Rosette standard.

As Executive Head Chef, you will be managing the kitchen and ensuring that every dish is of the highest quality. You will be responsible for managing & developing the kitchen team, planning and implementing all menus and controlling the costs in the department. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. An excellent salary package of £75,000 per annum is available for the right candidate.
