This prestigious establishment, which is overseen by a Michelin trained Executive Chef, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fine Mediterranean/European cuisine using only the freshest available seasonal produce. You must have proven experience within fine dining establishments of 2/3 AA Rosette ratings to be considered for this role.


As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Executive Chef on all sections and be responsible for ensuring that every dish produced is of the highest quality. You would also be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade as well as managing the kitchen in the absence of the Executive chef. An attractive salary package of up to £45,000 per annum for an average of 45 hours per week is available for the right Sous Chef.
