Just Chefs

This stunning brasserie, which is part of award-winning restaurant group, is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fresh British/European Cuisine using some of the finest, locally sourced produce available and all the menus changes seasonally. You must have experience in a high standard fine dining environment, preferably of 1/2 AA Rosette standard.

As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Head Chef on all sections. You would be involved in the menu planning as well as be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade. There would also be opportunities for progression due to future plans for further expansion of the group. A competitive starting salary of £32,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
