This stunning resort, which is owned by a globally renowned restaurateur, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade. There is a fine dining restaurant for 80 covers and a relaxed dining/lounge for 50 coves. This establishment serves some of the finest Mediterranean/European dishes and everything is made fresh daily to the highest standard of quality and presentation using only the finest seasonal ingredients to ensure the best culinary experience possible.

To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience as a senior chef within establishments of at least a 1 Michelin Star/3 AA Rosette rating and you must be fluent in English, both spoken & written. Knowledge of the 14 major allergens is highly recommended as you will be involved in designing menus around guests’ dietary requirements.

As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of all the F&B departments as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be in charge in the head chef’s absence. An excellent salary package of up to £52,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef. This is a live-out position, but assistance would be given to help secure accommodation.
