This award winning, fine dining restaurant is seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. You will be working under a very talented Head Chef who has held a Michelin Star in their previous positions. You will be creating fresh British/European cuisine and there is a strong focus on using only the best seasonal produce sourced from local farms and suppliers.
You must have proven experience within establishments with at least a 1 Michelin Star rating as the Head Chef is ambitious in achieving this accolade.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Head Chef on all sections. You would be involved in the menu planning as well as be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade. This company has new sites planned for the near future and there will be great opportunities for you to be involved in the new openings with the potential to progress into a Head Chef role. An excellent salary package of up to £40,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
