This is a rare opportunity as you will be working closely with a very food focused and innovative Chef who will be directly overseeing your development.


This highly acclaimed fine dining restaurant, is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade. Only the freshest, carefully sourced, seasonal produce and ingredients are used to create contemporary European cuisine to the highest standards. To be considered for the role, you must have proven experience within establishments with at least 3 AA Rosettes or 1 Michelin Star as attention to detail for this position is a must. You would also need to be able to work in very high-pressure environment.


As Sous Chef, you will be working on all sections. You would be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade as well as managing the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. You will also be involved in the planning and implementation of new menus. A very attractive salary package of £40,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
