SOUS CHEF – MONDAY TO FRIDAY – CONTRACT CATERING – LONDON
This boutique contract catering company, which is in the process of expanding, is seeking a talented and creative Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating Eclectic cuisine using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and everything is prepared fresh on the premises. You must have previous experience within contract catering to be considered for this role.
As Sous Chef, you would be involved overseeing all aspects of F&B in a corporate environment which includes directors’ private dining, simple buffets for daily meetings and sit-down dinners for client hospitality. You will be working Monday to Friday, but you will need to be diverse as working hours may vary each day depending on the requirements of the business. An attractive salary of £35,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
