SOUS CHEF – FINE DINING – CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED RESTAURANT – LONDON
This critically acclaimed, fine dining restaurant is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for any ambitious chef that joins this restaurant as you will be given development and promotional opportunities which are second to none in the hospitality industry.
With a constantly evolving menu, this restaurant has gained a reputation for serving some of the finest British/European cuisine with a strong focus on using only the finest cuts of meat and the freshest, British grown produce available. You must have proven experience as a Sous Chef within establishments of at least a 1 Michelin Star /3 AA Rosette rating.
As Sous Chef, you will be working on all sections and managing the kitchen in the Executive Chef’s absence. You will be involved in the menu planning as well as be responsible for the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. An attractive salary package of £40,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
