Are you a talented Sous Chef who is looking for the perfect opportunity to relocate to Australia?


This stunning seaside resort, which is a popular tourist destination, is seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join its team. You will be creating fresh International cuisine and you will have access to some of the best, freshly caught sea food (fish, prawns, calamari, crabs etc). The rest of the produce comes from carefully selected farms and suppliers. You must have experience as a Sous Chef within fine dining restaurants or 5 Star establishments to be considered for this role.


You will be working closely with the Head Chef and you will be required to deputise in his absence. You need a cheerful attitude as there will be interaction with the guests. The restaurant is open for nine months of the year with the other three months spent on analyzing the menu, team development and improving the quality of the restaurant. Along with great company incentives, an excellent salary of $70,000 Australian Dollars is available for the right chef. Flights, accommodation and all living expenses would be taken care of by the employer.


Ideally, the client is looking to recruit someone on an Australian Working Holiday visa with a view to sponsor for permanent residency.
