SOUS CHEF – £41,000 (TAX FREE) – MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE – MONACO
This prestigious establishment, which is part of a highly renowned global brand, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fine Mediterranean cuisine using only the freshest available seasonal produce. You must have proven experience within fine dining establishments of at least a 2/3 AA Rosette rating to be considered for this role.
This is one of the rarest opportunities to be working under a highly talented, world-renowned Executive Chef who is from a very strong Michelin background.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Executive Chef on all sections and be responsible for ensuring that every dish produced is of the highest quality. You would also be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade as well as managing the kitchen in the absence of the Executive chef. An attractive salary of £41,000 per annum tax free is available for the right Sous Chef.
