Sous Chef – £35,000 – Brand New Healthy Eating Concept – Daytime Hours – London
This brand-new restaurant, which is opening in early spring in a superb London location, is seeking a food focused Sous Chef to join its brigade. The restaurant will predominantly be open Monday to Friday, with the view to become a 7 day operation, and will be serving healthy, but still flavoursome dishes which focuses on different dietary & nutritional issues (i.e. gluten free, vegan, dairy free, etc.) while adopting a farm to fork ethos using only the best organic seasonal produce.
You must have proven experience within establishments of at least a 1/2 AA Rosette rating to be considered for this role. Knowledge on food & nutrition, dietary requirements & allergen information would be an advantage.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Head Chef to oversee the initial designing and set up of the kitchen as well as develop new menus and implement all systems and procedures. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses. An attractive salary package of £35,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
