SOUS CHEF – £35,000 – 2 AA ROSETTES – MEDITERRANEAN/EUROPEAN CUISINE – LONDON
This highly acclaimed restaurant, which is part of an award-winning company, is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fine Mediterranean/European cuisine using only the best produce and ingredients, all which are sourced and handpicked from the best farms and markets around Europe. To be considered for the role, you must have proven experience within establishments with at least 2 AA Rosettes. You would also need to be able to work in very high-pressure environment.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses and there would be opportunities for progression due to future plans for further expansion. A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
