SOUS CHEF – £35,000 – 1 MICHELIN STAR – CLOSED SUNDAYS – LONDON
This highly acclaimed, fine dining restaurant is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade. This is a great opportunity as you will be working under a complete Chef who is still very much in charge of most services in his restaurant. With all ingredients delivered to the restaurant each morning, there is an aim to produce the finest food in London, giving you a rare chance to gain knowledge not given anywhere else in London.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years’ experience within establishments of at least a 1 Michelin Star rating.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Head Chef on all sections. You would be involved in the menu planning as well as be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be in charge of the kitchen in the head chef’s absence. A competitive salary package of £35,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
