SOUS CHEF – £34,000 – SEASONAL BRITISH CUISINE – ONLY 6 SHIFTS PER WEEK – LONDON
This award-winning brasserie, which is owned by a highly renowned restaurateur, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade. Only the finest, carefully sourced ingredients are used to create fine seasonal British cuisine to the highest standards. You must have experience within establishments of at least a 1/2 AA Rosette rating to be considered for this role.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Head Chef on all sections. You would be involved in the menu planning as well as be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade. There would also be opportunities for progression due to future plans for further expansion within the company. A competitive salary package of £34,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
