This stunning boutique hotel, which is part of a multi award-winning group, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to oversee the banqueting operation. You will be creating fresh British/European cuisine using only the finest available seasonal ingredients and everything is prepared fresh on site. You must have proven experience within 5-star hotels in a senior role. You must also have strong management and motivational skills as well as banqueting experience.

As Sous Chef, you be reporting directly to the Executive Chef and be given the responsibility for managing & developing the kitchen team, creating menus and controlling the costs in the department. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. A competitive starting salary of £33,000 per annum, plus service charge and great company benefits, is available for the right Sous Chef.
