This highly acclaimed, fine dining restaurant is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade. With a constantly evolving menu, this restaurant has gained a reputation for serving some of the finest British/European cuisine with a strong focus on using only the finest cuts of meat and the freshest, British grown produce available.

This is a rare opportunity as you will be working alongside a very passionate Executive Chef from a strong Michelin background.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience within establishments of at least a 1 Michelin Star rating.

As Sous Chef, you will be working on all sections and managing the kitchen in the head chef’s absence. You will be involved in the menu planning as well as be responsible for the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. An excellent salary package of up to £40,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.

Even though this is a live-in position, it is recommended that you have access to your own vehicle due to the location of the restaurant.
