Senior Sous chef required in summer 2018 for this stunning restaurant located in the sunny Caribbean.

This stunning fine dining restaurant is looking to recruit a talented and food focused Senior Sous Chef to join its brigade in summer 2018. You will have access to some of the best home grown produce and freshly caught sea food (fish, calamari, lobsters, crabs etc). Everything is prepared fresh to the highest standard of quality and presentation. You must have experience within fine dining restaurants, preferably within establishments of at least a 3 AA Rosette/1 Michelin Star rating, as well as working with various styles of cuisines to be considered for this role.
As Senior Sous Chef, you will be working side by side with the Executive Chef on all sections and be responsible for ensuring that every dish produced is of the highest quality. You must be focused and have a strong passion for food. You will also need a cheerful attitude as you may be required to interact with guests on a regular basis. An excellent starting salary of £45,000 per annum, along with potential annual bonuses, is available for the right person.
