This stunning fine dining restaurant is looking to recruit a talented Senior Sous Chef to oversee the dining operation over 2 kitchens. You will have access to some of the best home grown produce and freshly caught sea food (fish, calamari, lobsters, crabs etc). The food can range from Michelin standard fine dining dishes to BBQ buffets on the beach. Everything is prepared to the highest standard of quality and presentation. You must have experience within Michelin starred restaurants, as well as working with various styles of cuisines.
As Senior Sous Chef, you will be ensuring that all food is made to the highest standard of quality and presentation. You will be responsible for the purchasing and storage of all food items as well as maintaining all food hygiene and health and safety standards. You will also need a cheerful attitude as you may be required to interact with guests on a regular basis. An excellent starting salary of $45-50,000 per annum is available for the right person. Benefits include health insurance.
