This prestigious five star Hotel, which is overseen by a very talented Executive Chef, is seeking the talents of an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join its brigade.

You will be creating fine British/European cuisine using only the best of British seasonal produce which are bought in fresh daily. To be considered for the role, you must have proven experience within 5 Star establishments.

As Senior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the senior team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses. An excellent salary package of £55-65,000 per annum is available for the right Senior Sous Chef.
