This fine dining restaurant is looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fine Japanese/Pan Asian cuisine using only the best, widely sourced ingredients, all which are brought in fresh daily. You must have experience within establishments of at least a 2/3 AA Rosette rating. You must also have a high level of knowledge in Japanese/Pan Asian cuisine as well as sushi/sashimi making.

As Senior Sous Chef, you will be working on all sections. You would be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade as well as managing the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. You will also be involved in the planning, development and implementation of new menus. A salary package of £46,000 per annum is available for the right Senior Sous Chef.
