This award winning, critically acclaimed chef is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the team of their new restaurant. There is already a lot of media attention surrounding this new opening. Only the freshest, carefully sourced, seasonal produce will used to create fine modern British/European cuisine to the highest standards. You must have fine dining experience within establishments of 2/3 AA Rosette or Michelin standards.

As Senior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Head Chef on all sections. You would be involved in the menu planning as well as be involved in training the junior chefs in the brigade. You would also be responsible for running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. There would also be opportunities for progression due to future plans for further expansion of the group. A competitive starting salary of £45,000 per annum plus bonuses is available for the right Senior Sous Chef.
