This stunning boutique 5-star hotel is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join its brigade. This is a great opportunity as you will be working under an Executive Chef who is from a strong fine dining background. You will be creating fine British/European Cuisine using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and the menu changes seasonally. You must have experience within 5-star hotels as a Sous Chef. Banqueting experience would also be a big advantage.

As Senior Sous Chef, you will be working on all sections. You would be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade as well as managing the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. You will also be involved in the planning, development and implementation of new menus. A salary package of £45,000 per annum is available for the right Senior Sous Chef.
