SENIOR SOUS CHEF – £42,000 – STUNNING 1 AA ROSETTE BRASSERIE – SW LONDON
This stunning high-volume brasserie is seeking an experienced and committed Senior Sous Chef to join its stable & friendly brigade. You will be creating fresh French/European cuisine using only the best, locally sourced ingredients. The brasserie can seat up to 200 covers and there is a bar for up to 40 covers as well as private dining facilities for up to 100 covers. You must have experience within establishments of at least a 1/2 AA Rosette rating.
As Senior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Head Chef on all sections. You would be involved in the menu planning as well as be involved in training the junior chefs in the brigade. You would also be responsible for running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. A competitive salary of £42,000 per annum is available for the right Senior Sous Chef.
