This stunning, iconic 5-star establishment, which is part of a world-renowned collection, is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join its brigade of 21 chefs. The kitchen caters for a wide variety of cuisines and there is a strong focus on using only the best produce, all which are brought in fresh daily. You must have experience within 5-star hotels to be considered for this role. Banqueting experience would also be a big advantage. You will need to be diverse as working hours will vary and there would be some travelling involved to other sites.


As Senior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth-running kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be in charge in the head chef’s absence. Accommodation can be provided if needed. A competitive salary package of £40,000 per annum, which includes bonuses and an excellent pension scheme of 15% of your salary, is available for the right Senior Sous Chef.
