This award-winning brasserie, which is overseen by a very talented Executive Chef, is seeking a passionate and food focused Senior Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fresh British/European cuisine and this establishment uses only the best seasonal, organic produce, all which are sourced from British farms and producers. You will ideally have experience within establishments of at least a 1/2 AA Rosette rating.

As Senior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Executive Chef on all sections. You would be involved in the menu planning as well as be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade. There would also be opportunities for progression into a Head Chef role due to future plans for further expansion of the group. A competitive salary of £38,000 per annum is available for the right Senior Sous Chef.
