This stunning new restaurant, which is opening in the next few months, is seeking the talents of an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join its brigade. The restaurant will serve fine British/European cuisine with a strong focus on using only the finest cuts of meats and fresh seafood in all the dishes. There are great plans for this site which includes a rotisserie and Josper grill section. You must have experience within a high standard fine dining environment as well as working with large volumes.


This role will also suit an experienced Sous Chef who is looking to take the next step in their career.


As Senior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Head Chef on all sections and be responsible for ensuring that every dish produced is of the highest quality. You would also be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade as well as managing the kitchen in the absence of the head chef. You will be working 7 shifts per week. A competitive starting salary of £35,000 per annum with potential bonuses is available for the right Senior Sous Chef.
