Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a new challenge? Have you ever considered working in a recruitment environment helping to place permanent staff with our clients? This ambitious culinary recruiter, which is one of London’s top hospitality recruitment consultancies, is currently looking for a consultant with drive and enthusiasm to be part of our ambitious and friendly team.
At Just Chefs we have a flexible approach towards our clients’ needs with each day bringing different challenges so there is a lot of freedom with our working ethos as we are one of only a few agencies that do not implement KPIs for our consultants.
In this role, your responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
- Sourcing, interviewing and matching candidates to vacancies that match their skills
- Generation and development of new business
- Client visits and networking
- Dealing with candidate & client enquiries
- Continuous strengthening of existing client relationships
- Training junior consultants
- Maintaining standards in line with REC recommendations
It is essential to have at least 2 years’ experience in the recruitment industry as well as having experience within the hospitality industry directly. You must be ambitious and willing to learn. You will be used to a busy office environment as well as working with London’s leading establishments in the hospitality industry.
An excellent salary of £30,000 to £45,000 OTE per annum plus uncapped bonuses as well as potential percentage and profit sharing is available for the right person.
Eligibility: In line with the requirements of the Immigration Act 2016, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
