PASTRY SOUS CHEF – £40,000 – 2 AA ROSETTES – 4 DAYS ON/3 DAYS OFF – LONDON
This popular, fine dining restaurant is looking for a talented Pastry Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. Only the finest ingredients are used to produce stunning desserts using modern European techniques. You must have proven experience within fine dining establishments of 2/3 AA Rosette standards. You will also need to be organised and have good management skills.
As the Pastry Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the executive pastry chef to create new dessert menus and implement them. You would be responsible for training any junior chefs under your wing as well as be in charge of the pastry kitchen in the absence of the executive pastry chef. An excellent salary package of £40,000 per annum is available for the right Pastry Sous Chef.
