This highly acclaimed, fine dining restaurant is seeking the talents of an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to join its brigade. The restaurant has gained a first-class reputation for serving some of the finest British cuisine while using only freshest seasonal produce which are all grown and sourced onsite.
This is a rare opportunity as you will be working under a very passionate Executive Chef from a strong Michelin background who will be very much directly involved in your training and development.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience within establishments of at least a 1 Michelin Star rating as the Executive Chef is ambitious is gaining this accolade.
As Pastry Chef De Partie you will need to have excellent pastry and chocolate knowledge as well as proven supervisory skills as you will be involved in training the junior pastry chefs under your wing. An excellent salary package of up to £33,000 per annum is available for the right Pastry Chef De Partie.
Even though this is a live-in position, it is recommended that you have access to your own vehicle due to the location of the restaurant.
