This famous 5 star deluxe hotel is seeking the talents of an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to join its brigade. The hotel has gained a reputation for serving fine modern British/European cuisine using only the freshest seasonal produce available. There is a fine dining restaurant for up to 100 covers, a bar for up to 60 covers, conference & banqueting facilities for up to 300 covers and an award winning tea room for up to 200 covers.

You must have experience within 5 star hotels or a very high standard fine dining environment of 1/2 AA Rosette standards.

As Pastry Chef De Partie, you must have knowledge of all aspects of patisserie including viennoiserie, breads and ice-creams. You will also be involved for the training of the junior pastry chefs. You will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to create new ideas for the dessert menu. A salary package of £30,000 per annum is available for the right Pastry Chef De Partie.
