This prestigious fine dining restaurant is seeking the talents of an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to join their experienced and stable brigade. This restaurant has gained a massive reputation in the industry for serving some of the best innovative cuisine, as highlighted by being awarded a Michelin Star. Only the finest ingredients are used to produce all aspects of patisserie, viennoiserie, breads and ice-creams. You must have proven experience within establishments of at least a 1 Michelin Star rating.


This is a rare opportunity as you will be working under a very passionate Executive Chef from a strong Michelin background who will be very much directly involved in your training and development.


As Pastry Chef De Partie, you will be working closely with the Head Pastry Chef to ensure the smooth running of the Pastry section. You will be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs on your section as well as helping out others in the team. You will be working 4 days per week with 3 days off. An excellent salary package of £30,000 per annum is available for the right Pastry Chef De Partie.
