This stunning 5 Star Deluxe Hotel is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join its stable & friendly brigade. You will be creating fresh British/European cuisine using only the best, locally sourced ingredients. There is a fine dining restaurant for up to 100 covers, a bar for up to 60 covers, banqueting facilities for up to 250 covers. You must have experience within a 5-star environment or similar.


As Junior Sous Chef, you will be working directly with the Executive Chef learning all the aspects of running a kitchen as well as be involved in the menu planning. You will be working within all the food and beverage departments and be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs. A competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum is available for the right Junior Sous Chef.
