JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – STUNNING SEASIDE RESTAURANT – CAYMAN ISLANDS
This stunning fine dining restaurant is looking to recruit a talented Junior Sous Chef to join its brigade. This restaurant serves dishes made from some of the best home grown produce and freshly caught sea food (fish, calamari, lobsters, crabs etc). The food can range from Michelin standard fine dining dishes to BBQ buffets on the beach. Everything is prepared to the highest standard of quality and presentation. You must have experience with fine dining restaurants, as well as working with various styles of cuisines.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also need a cheerful attitude as you may be required to interact with guests on a regular basis. A salary package of up to £30,000 per annum (tax free!) is available for the right person. Benefits include health insurance and a monthly entertainment allowance. Assistance will be given to help secure accommodation.
