JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – MICHELIN RECOMMENDED GASTRO PUB – £30,000 – LONDON
This very popular gastro pub, which is part of an award-winning group, is seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fine modern British cuisine to a Michelin standard using only fresh, seasonal produce, all of which are locally sourced. This establishment also sources the best meats from local farms, which are butchered, smoked and cured on site. You must be from a strong fine dining background, ideally of at least a 2 AA Rosette standard.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses. A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum is available for the right Junior Sous Chef.
