JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – EVENTS/PRIVATE DINING – HOURLY PAY
This stylish events company, which is overseen by a very talented Head Chef, is seeking an experienced and very creative Junior Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. This company has gained a very prominent reputation for serving some of the best cuisine using only the freshest seasonal produce available. You must have proven experience within 5 Star Hotels or establishments of at least a 3 AA Rosette standard to be considered for this role.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses. You must be well presented and have a friendly personality as you will be interacting with clients and guests (some of a celebrity status) on a regular basis.
This is a demanding role as you will be required to work an average of 60 hours per week over 7 shifts, but, the positive side is you will be paid hourly rate and can earn a package (inclusive of overtime and bonuses) of up to £43,500 per annum.
