Junior Sous Chef – £50,000 – 4 days on / 3 days off – 3 AA Rosettes – London
Due to an internal promotion, a very rare opportunity within a highly renowned kitchen has arisen for an enthusiastic and food focused Junior Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. This establishment has gained a very good reputation for creating fine British cuisine with a strong focus on using only the best seasonal produce available locally.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience within establishments of at least a 3 AA Rosette rating.
The kitchen is overseen by a very creative Michelin Starred Executive Chef, who is also considered to be one of the most talented and influential chefs around the world.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses.
An attractive salary package of £50,000 per annum is available for the right Junior Sous Chef.
