JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – £32,000 – BIB GOURMAND – DAYTIME HOURS – CENTRAL LONDON
This high-end bib gourmand-winning brasserie, located in the heart of central London, is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. The restaurant serves up to 100 covers and there is also a private dining room for up to 20 covers.
With an excellent reputation for serving some of the finest modern/traditional British cuisine, everything is prepared fresh on site and you will have access to only the best locally sourced, seasonal produce. Experience in events would be an advantage and you must have proven experience within establishments of at least a 1/2 AA Rosette rating to be considered for this role.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will be working on all sections. You will be learning all the aspects of running a kitchen and be in charge in the head chef’s absence. You will be involved in the menu planning as well as be responsible for the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. An excellent salary of £32,000 per annum is available for the right Junior Sous Chef.
