This highly acclaimed restaurant, which is overseen by a Michelin trained Head Chef, is seeking the talents of an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join its brigade. This role would also suit an experienced Senior Chef De Partie looking to step up in their career. You will be creating fine British/European cuisine using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, all which are bought in fresh daily. You must have proven experience within establishments with at least 3AA Rosettes/1 Michelin Star to be considered for this role.


As Junior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses. A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum is available for the right Junior Sous Chef.
