This world famous, luxury 5 Star Hotel is seeking a very talented Junior Pastry Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. As you would imagine, only the finest ingredients are used to produce all aspects of patisserie, breads, ice-creams, viennoiserie and a variety of modern hot & cold desserts for the fine dining restaurant, afternoon tea and events. To be considered for this role, you mut have experience within 5-star hotels/fine dining establishments.

You will be working very closely with one of the UK’s most talented Executive Pastry Chefs and the training that you will receive here is guaranteed to provide you with a wealth of experience which would give you a great advantage as you progress in your career.

As the Junior Pastry Sous Chef, you will have all knowledge of all aspects in patisserie, including chocolate and sugar work, and would be responsible for training any junior chefs under your wing. You will be working closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to create new dessert menus and implement them. You will be contracted for 40 hours per week and all overtime is paid at an hourly rate. An excellent salary package (inclusive of service charge) of up to £35,000 per annum is available for the right Junior Pastry Sous Chef.
