JUNIOR PASTRY SOUS CHEF – FINE DINING – MICHELIN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – £34,000
This prestigious restaurant is seeking a very talented Junior Pastry Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for any ambitious pastry chef that joins this restaurant as you will be given the opportunity to be promoted within the company.
This restaurant has gained a reputation for serving some of the finest French/European cuisine and there is a strong focus on using only the freshest, seasonal produce available. You must have proven experience as a Pastry Chef within establishments of at least a 1 Michelin Star rating.
As the Junior Pastry Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to create new dessert menus and implement them. You would be responsible for training any junior chefs under your wing as well as be in charge of the pastry kitchen in the absence of the executive pastry chef. A salary of £34,000 per annum is available for the right Junior Pastry Sous Chef.
