We are proud to be working with this up and coming restaurateur with the opening of his exciting brand-new restaurant and are actively seeking a Junior Pastry Sous Chef to join its brigade. Only the freshest, carefully sourced, seasonal produce will used to create an exciting menu concept of Mediterranean cuisine. You must have fine dining experience within establishments of at least a 2 AA Rosette standard.

As the Junior Pastry Sous Chef, you will have all knowledge of all aspects in patisserie and would be responsible for training any junior chefs under your wing. You will be working closely with the head pastry chef to create new dessert menus and implement them. A competitive salary of £31,000 per annum is available for the right Junior Pastry Sous Chef.
