talents of experienced Head Sushi Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fine Japanese cuisine using some of the best produce and sustainable seafood available, all which are bought in fresh daily.

To be considered for this role, you must have a vast knowledge of tradition and modern Japanese cuisine & techniques such as sushi making (nigiri, inari, maki, chirashi, etc.), robatayaki, kaiseki/honzen, etc. You must also have experience within fine dining establishments of at least a 1 Michelin Starred rating to be considered for this role.

As Head Sushi Chef you will be working closely with the executive chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. An excellent salary of £40,000 per annum is available for the right Head Sushi Chef.
