PRODUCTION SOUS CHEF – MONDAY TO FRIDAY – £45,000 – LONDON
This amazing new venture is looking for a Production Sous Chef for their site in Central London.
The hours will be predominantly working Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm, with the occasional weekend. You will be leading a small team with plans for further expansion within months of opening, this ambitious company has plans to expand this concept beyond the M25, and wants to reward its senior team with share options
Ideally you we have worked in a high volume / production environment previously, as well as having exposure to fine dining at some point in your career.
