Head Pastry Chef – Up to £50,000 – Stunning New Opening – Globally Established Group – Central London
We are proud to be working in partnership with a globally established and highly influential restaurant group to seek an experienced Head Pastry Chef to join the team of their new restaurant. There is already a lot of media attention surrounding this new opening.
Only the freshest, carefully sourced, seasonal produce will used to produce a fine range of stunning and refreshing desserts using a range of modern and traditional techniques.
You must have experience within establishments of at least a 2 AA Rosette rating to be considered for this role as the Head Chef is ambitious in achieving accolades.
As Head Pastry Chef, you must have extensive knowledge of all aspects of patisserie and baking including breads & viennoiserie as everything will be prepared fresh on site. You will be responsible for training junior members of the brigade and you will also work with the Executive Chef to create new seasonal menus and implement them. An excellent salary of up to £50,000 per annum is available for the right Head Pastry Chef.
