HEAD PASTRY CHEF – STUNNING NEW FINE DINING RESTAURANT – LONDON
This brand new fine dining restaurant is seeking a talented Head Pastry Chef to join its brigade. There will be lots of publicity surrounding this new opening. The restaurant will seat up to 120 covers and there will also be a lounge area for up to 80 covers. You will be creating some of the finest cuisines using only the freshest available produce. The kitchen will be overseen by a very talented Executive Chef from a strong fine dining background who is looking for ambitious chefs to add to his team. It is essential that you have strong knowledge of fine dining.
As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be in charge of running the entire pastry department. You will have all knowledge of all aspects in patisserie including breads, ice-creams, viennoiserie & petit fours and you would be responsible for training any junior chefs under your wing. You will be working closely with the Executive Chef to create new dessert menus and implement them. An excellent salary of £50,000 per annum is available for the right Head Pastry Chef.
