HEAD PASTRY CHEF – £40,000 (TAX FREE) – AWARD WINNING RESTAURANT GROUP – MIDDLE EAST
This stunning restaurant, which is part of an award-winning group, is seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to oversee join its team. This establishment has gained a reputation for producing stunning desserts using modern European techniques. Ideally you would have experience within 5-star hotels/fine dining establishments as well as a complete understanding on health & safety, COSHH and HACCP procedures.
As Head Pastry Chef, you will effectively manage the production kitchen to ensure that the highest standards and maximum productivity are constantly maintained. You must have extensive knowledge of all aspects of patisserie and bakery including viennoiserie, breads and ice-creams. You will also work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new dessert menus.
Along with an excellent salary, your package will also include return flights, living allowances, all necessary visas, medicals, etc.
