This stunning fine dining restaurant, which is part of a multi award-winning group, is seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to join its brigade. Only the finest ingredients are used to produce stunning desserts using modern European techniques. You must have proven experience within fine dining establishments of 2/3 AA Rosette standards. You will also need to be organised and have good management skills.


As Head Pastry Chef, you must have knowledge of all aspects of patisserie including breads and ice-creams. You will be responsible for training junior members of the brigade and you will also work with the Executive Chef to create new seasonal menus and implement them. An attractive salary package of £47,000 per annum is available for the right Head Pastry Chef.
