HEAD PASTRY CHEF – £40,000 – 1 AA ROSETTE – CENTRAL LONDON
This stunning 1 AA Rosetted brasserie, which is part of a highly acclaimed restaurant group, is seeking a talented Head Pastry Chef to oversee its pastry operation. The company has gained an impeccable reputation for serving some of the finest British/European cuisine in London. Only the finest ingredients are used to produce all aspects of patisserie as well as a variety of breads and ice creams. You must have proven experience within establishments of a similar standard to be considered for this role.
As Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the pastry kitchen. You will also be responsible for training the junior chefs and passing on your knowledge. You will be working closely with the executive chef to create new ideas for the dessert menus. An attractive salary of £40,000 per annum is available for the right Head Pastry Chef.
