HEAD PASTRY CHEF – 1 MICHELIN STAR – CLOSED SUNDAYS – CENTRAL LONDON
This stunning fine dining restaurant, which is owned in partnership with one of the UK’s most influential Chefs, is seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to join its brigade. This restaurant has gained a reputation for serving some of the finest modern European cuisine and there is a strong focus on using only the freshest, seasonal produce available. You must have proven experience as a Senior Pastry Chef within establishments of 1/2 Michelin Star ratings.
As Head Pastry Chef, you must have knowledge of all aspects of patisserie including breads and ice-creams. You will be responsible for training junior members of the brigade and you will also work with the Executive Chef to create new seasonal menus and implement them. This company has new sites planned for the near future and there will be great opportunities for you to be involved in the new openings. A competitive salary of £40,000 per annum is available for the right Head Pastry Chef.
